How to find us..

We're located at 6 Berwick Street but unfortunately Google Maps gets a little confused by 6 & 16 and so it might take you to the wrong place.

As much as we love a treasure hunt, we've made it a little easier for you...

On the map here, x doesn't mark the spot.

We're located at the lovely blue circle- between music poster alley and the Misan fabric shop.

Accessibility:

We want everyone who visits our gallery to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding. We are committed to making our gallery accessible to all visitors and we have taken great care to ensure that the facilities are accessible to everyone regardless of their physical abilities. We have a range of facilities to help visitors with access requirements, including step-free wheelchair access from the street and an accessible toilet. Our staff are all on hand to help should you require it. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us in advance of your visit and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


The number of floors in the building: 5 altogether but we are on the ground floor only.

Are there lifts/ramps available?: There are no lifts or ramps available but there is a completely step free entry. There is then a small step halfway down the gallery but a staff member will be on hand at all times to help you get up/down. If you prefer, there is also step free access at the 111 Wardour Street entrance which a staff member can open for you. There is an entry phone system at this entrance which you can use to call for assistance if this is your preferred option. There are 2 wheelchair accessible toilets at this side of the gallery. Again there will be a staff member on hand at all times to help you access the toilet should you need it.

If you’re coming from the front of the gallery (the Berwick Street entrance) There is a small step up to the back of the gallery where the toilet is but our staff are all willing and able to help you up the step. Otherwise it’s very easy to reach the back of the building (there is an alley way right next to us which leads to the back entrance) and this route has no steps to the accessible toilets.

We are a dog friendly gallery and that of course includes all assistance dogs.

Written information in the gallery is all written in size 12 font. Should you need any help at all with the reading of information, a staff member will gladly give you all the assistance you need.

Blue Badge parking is available nearby. There is no parking at all on Berwick Street Monday to Saturday until 6pm but you can park on Wardour Street and we can help you with access at the 111 Wardour Street entrance. Just please use the entry phone to call us and we’ll come right away.
