Elizabeth Knapp (When I Decorate Things) is a mixed media artist based in south London.
In this collection of acrylic and resin art Elizabeth uses vinyl records and CDs as canvases, bringing together her love of fluid and organic shapes, vibrant colour, music and creative reuse.

Elizabeth’s starting point for the vinyl record artworks was exploring the creativity of iconic musicians, her interpretation of the meaning in their music and imagery, and the era from which their art originated. The CD dot artworks see her imagination run free, adding embellishments and shine to enhance the meticulous multilayered dot designs.
Elizabeth’s creative work extends to creating brightly coloured resin jewellery and abstract fluid art and ‘artcycling’ furniture in vibrant colours and designs.
